Customer service was very helpful in enabling me to reroute the delivery

I had problems with my Grayl Geopress leaking and being very hard to fill. The representative provided several trouble shooting tips. Sadly, that didn’t seem to remove the problems. A replacement Geopress was sent and received in short order. I’m very impressed and thankful for the excellent service.

I’ve been using Grayl products for MANY years, and they are a no-brainer solution for clean, drinkable water - ESPECIALLY when camping, fishing or traveling. Lightweight and portable. That alone is worthy of 5 stars, but not the primary reason for this ranking. I emailed them that I had a problem with one of my purchases, and they replied IMMEDIATELY with follow up questions and a solution that demonstrates their customer focus. It doesn’t hurt that the CS rep was extremely cordial and friendly. BRAVO!!!

While traveling in India, my husband accidentally cross-contaminated the inner cylinder. I emailed Grayl’s customer service and got a very quick response. I was impressed and appreciative of the excellent customer service support that was provided.

I really appreciate the promptness of the response to my question and especially that your representative Scott has actually used your Grayl filter in Mexico which is where we’re headed. I really love that we have finally found something that filters out Protozoa, bacteria, viruses, chemicals, heavy metals and microplastics. I’m also thrilled to learn that you are working on creating a lighter weight bottle as weight and size is very restrictive on foreign airlines— significantly more so than here in the USA. Because of this, rather than each of us traveling with our own Grayl bottle we can only travel with one. So we’re looking forward to your lighter weight product. Thank you for all your efforts.
