I ordered this product because I’m in the military and needed it for a trip out the country. They promised a delivery date of Friday. The product never came until Tuesday. When I reached out to this company requesting a refund because I was out of the country and never returning they ghosted me, sad to see anyone get treated this way but especially sad to see service members getting treated this way.

My question was answered

I recently contacted Grayl due to a leak in my UltraPress which had developed on a camping trip to the Southwest. I'm not sure why it began leaking at the top seal but it could very well have been the heat to which it was exposed. I don't know. What I do know is that when I contacted Grayl about the problem, they promptly and without argument diagnosed that problem and sent me a new inner press - no charge. I have used the UltraPress all over the world and have never gotten ill from drinking the water and feel good about the amount of plastic bottles that the UltraPress has kept out of landfills and the ocean. This is a great product and a great company!

I was wondering if my grayl filter that was new and unused would freeze in the toolbox of my truck ?! I received an answer the next day and was pleased with the response . Thanks!

Came faster than I expected

I recently purchased a 24 oz titanium Grayl. I also have the sling and a g-mod. I won't go without them ever again. The g-mod provides much needed storage in addition to what the sling has. I can't say enough about the sling. It's so useful and convenient. I drew some water from the creek by my house and pressed it through. It was perfect. clear and clean tasting. Very refreshing when your working
