Absolutely first class - I needed to make a change to my order and John was very helpful and friendly on the phone. The order arrived the next day and then when i needed a bit of assistance with the software side of things Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable and stayed with me on the phone until we had the issue resolved - never felt rushed. The online training resources are excellent, I felt like an expert by the time I first went out to use the device. Cannot recommend highly enough!
