Ordered H1 on Monday and received H1 following day pm . H1 had to be returned because of firmware faults. I had to pay £11 to return faulty unit . I thought Garmin would have covered that cost . My dealings with Andy were great and comms were good. I would use GPST again in the future.

I'm a bit of a fan of sports tech but hadn't heard of GPS Training until starting to research a retailer for a Garmin device to support me when out hiking. First they offered great prices which is obviously important. What sets them apart is the after sales support, specifically the amount of training content. I've had Garmin watches for years and thought it would be a small adoption curve for their GPSMap devices. . . I couldn't have been more wrong! They are different beasts and not particularly intuitive, so the extra support material offered by GPS Training is a true differentiator from their competition. Buy with confidence!

Overall fantastic. Good advice, prompt shipping and delivered on time. I bought my device only days before the H1 was launched. I am surprised and a bit disappointed not to have been given the heads up that a replacement device was about to become available.

Next day delivery of my Cross Plus GPS. Good response to the questions I had during set up. I'm still learning what the GPS can do but it appears to have all tge functionality I need.

The GPSMAP 67 is an upgrade from an eTrex 20x I'd been using for a number of years. This modern GPS is a real pleasure to use with easy controls and menus. I can't say enough about the training videos that come as part of the Support Package. So useful to quickly and easily familiarise yourself with the unit. I would thoroughly recommend buying from GPS Training.
