The unit arrived exactly as promised. worked perfectly out of the box and was superbly supported by a wealth of online training videos covering just about every aspect of the product. Why can't all companies perform like this!

Quick and easy to deal with, however I'm was extremely disappointed to find they had opened the box and changed a bunch of settings without asking me first. For me playing with the settings and learning about a new device is part of the experience of buying something new, it makes it feel like I paid £1200 for a second hand device.
