The website was easy to use. The only problem was with U.P.S.. The product arrived two weeks later than estimated. Following the tracking, U.P.S. lost the product at one of their hubs and then found it.

I didn't call in for my problem. Call me cynical, but I'd be surprised if anything could be done to resolve my issue. My issue seems to be with the materials used to make the clamps. They just aren't sturdy enough. I'm giving 3 stars because shipping wasn't bad, but the product is meh.
