My first-time purchase new Nimble portable charger is so far, good. But the way it arrived was with the delivery box crushed at one end (unusual as my online order arrivals have not ever had a smashed box before. . . ) and the Nimble box inside was slightly mushed at one end too. . . disappointing, BUt the Nimble box was at one end of the delivery box and the brown paper that was meant to wrap the Nimble box was wadded up inside the delivery box :( no tape, no tie, nothing. Please do better at packaging in the future. My delivery obviously had a rough ride! That said, the delivery was extremely speedy, within the same week a couple to 3 days later almost, tho I am in California. I'd rather have careful handling & packaging and get the item(s) in a week rather than rushed boxing, packing etc and have something (potentially) get damaged. Thankfully, my portable Nimble powerbank appears to be working well. It is a pretty colour also. I willmost likely order again from Nimble.

This is the second time I've bought this case. The first lasted just under a year before discoloring and starting to detach at the seams -- but I think it's just as tough as its competitors made out of new plastic. Worth it to me. Nimble, please don't discontinue this case! I'll keep getting it.

Really like this unit. Keep it on my nightstand, charges phone, watch, air pods all at once. Should say the 1st one broke after several months - but, Nimble took the return and replaced it no questions asked.

This is simply the highest quality charging cable you can get on the market right now. I was tired of charging cables constantly breaking so I went with Nimble & haven't regretted it since. Now I use Nimble for every device that I can. Instead of buying multiple cheap cables, just use Nimble instead.
