Fast and friendly

Had an issue with the product and contacted vendor. Still under warranty, sent it back (prepaid), and received replacement shortly thereafter. Thanks.

Product works just fine (as advertised). Delivery was a few days longer than expected (though not really that big an issue. )

Had one last for about 6 years before it started wearing out and didn’t even think twice about where to order the replacement. When it got delivered incorrectly through UPS they were fast to answer and help me out. Will be buying my charging cables here forever.

I have been using this product for about a year and it is really durable. It is definitely the best charging cord I've ever used. I would recommend!

Excellent 3 in 1 charger … well made and customer service was outstanding!

I really like the wireless charger I bought from you. It works well. My only complaint is that it does get hot after not a long time charging my phone. (I need to charge wirelessly because the phone's usb slot stopped working). Your quick delivery and service are amazing! Thank you.

Very pleased with all my nimble products

One small critique which don’t make it 5/5 for me. Others may not notice it, but the adapter which plugs into an outlet makes a slight white noise sound. If it is quiet, such as in my bedroom when I am sleeping, I can hear it quite clearly and it is honestly annoying.

The Nimble team was terrific when part of the mag charger stopped working. They offered me three options (return/repair/refund) and all were designed to satisfy the customer.

The design is within the realm of what you would expect from top quality portable battery companies. If that were the point alone then I would have to seriously think and with my choices between several companies when choosing a battery, but that isn't the real point. The real point was choosing a product that has all those qualities, but makes the greatest effort in minimizes the negative impact on the environment.

Pretty strong and stable unit. Heavy enough to not move around,and works well. Fast charging and I highly recommend this product!

Great communication

The 'Champ' portable charger is another great addition to my array of these devices. The 'Shorebreak Blue' color is a standout, especially out in the field when I go birding. It is a great go-to for ease of use, compatibility as well as reliability in many different weather conditions. By keeping my phone fully charged with this device, I can confidently ID birds in the field by my downloaded field guides in a quick, efficient manner. Thanks!

Love the design and color. Chargers my Ultra 3 quickly but seems to charge my iPad Pro M4 intermittently
