Nice and compact, great color! Was a bit larger and heavier than I expected and gets kind of HOT while charging which was surprising… not nuts about that Looking forward to more technical innovation to improve upon the weight and getting so hot over the years!

I returned an order with two braided cables that were incorrect for my needs! I needed two braided cables, 6 feet long (not 10 feet) that was compatible for Apple phone and I Pad! I have had no follow up! Were the return items received? Was my account reimbursed? Or is the items I needed being sent and financial differences identified? The error in order was my fault!
