Great price easy to install and cart looks great

Received the battery in the proposed time frame when I ordered. There was paperwork from the trucking company but no detailed list of items I was supposed to be signing for. On the shipping container it said to confirm all items are there and not damaged before signing for it. There was no way to know. The mounting bracket that was supposed to come with it wasn’t there so I reached out to GCTS and got Austin and asked about the mounting bracket and anything else that was part of the kit that I might not have gotten. He said he would check into it and get right back to me. Never heard from Austin. Sent in an email as directed on the website, no response to the email either. Bracket showed up about a week later. As far as the Eco kit it is relatively straight forward. I have a 72 volt Cushman Hauler Pro and I ordered the EZ GO TXT kit. I needed to drill a few holes but it pretty much bolted in uneventfully. Eco does have a number you can call with any questions but a little more detail in their manuals (or lack there of) would be nice. The charger interlock isn’t detailed anywhere I could find and took a tester to the charger to confirm the 2 pin harness and connector was the interlock. That being said I’m pretty impressed with the battery and the kit so far. Haven’t really used it to see how long the battery will last but time will tell. 5 stars for the Kit. GCTS could up their game a little bit on customer service.
