I bought the commercial grade chopped vanilla pod mixture to make vanilla paste for my family and to use in my baking and ice cream making. The purchasing process was extremely easy and along with the instructions on the process of making the vanilla paste was almost effortlessly. We also used the vanilla paste in our holiday baking and found it worked very well and had great flavor. In will definitely be purchasing again and looking at other spices that are offered.

Service and products have been more than satisfactory. Was only a bit annoyed that the xanthan gum was mis-measured.
