I have had only one issue with gneiss spice, which was 2 items accidentally left out of my order, and it was resolved rapidly and satisfactorily. I love the products they carry, especially the popcorn seasonings and the vanilla extract kits, and I recommend them to anyone who likes to cook and values quality.

Wonderful customer service and loved that they communicated there could possibly be a delay on my order. In that correspondence they said they could substitute the jars that were delayed for my vanilla paste kit (and it would ship immediately) or I could wait. Not many companies would do that for a customer you are left wondering where your order and items are.
