The Falafel (Salt-Free) spice is wonderful. It smells and tastes great! Having a salt-free spice with flavor makes me happy. I made up a hummus recipe and added the Falafel Spice which is delicious. I believe you will love it too. I am happy with the product, my order and Gneiss Spice.
