The part is a perfect fit it shipped quick. The only discouraging point I have it the numerous texts about shipping & tracking I don’t need 6 repetitive texts at 6am on a Saturday morning or 3-4 text in a day with the same information.

Order the washer pump motor and it the price was better than other sites including shipping. The timing of delivery was 6-8 days from ordering which isn't optimal if you need it in a hurry so keep that in mind.

If you're looking to get your part fast so you can get your vehicle repaired and back on the road, don't waste your time and money with these people. The only reason they get a 1-star rating is because zero star isn't a choice. I called twice to check on the part I purchased. The first time I called I was told you didn't have the part yet. The second time I called I was told you had the part in your place of business for 2 days. I asked why you would keep someone's part for 2 days before shipping it to the customer, and the response I got was that you were way behind shipping parts out because you were short of staff that did that job. My vehicle has been broken for an extended amount of time waiting on the part I purchased from you guys.
