The switch was perfect but Frdex was terribly slow I think USPS would have been sooner

The overall experience with GM Wholesale Direct was fairly good. The experience to navigate what parts were needed was frustrating. I called your 800 number a few times and never got anyone. It would be helpful if you offered an on-line Chat feature that was not managed by AI.
