No proof of purchase for the filter. I prefer receipts in my folder for any possible warranty work needed in the future. I emailed requesting a receipt and only received a confirmation email saying I ordered it. Can’t order anything from you if I may need proof of purchase later for warranty work as a result of transmission problem and these C8’s are know for that.

Finally received what I ordered. Probably a reasonable amount of time. I haven’t installed the pinion seal yet but I value getting OEM parts that work as expected vs. aftermarket pieces that might or might not do the job.

I received 8 text messages in one day, 12 in all since placing the order. The included UPS number was not usable to track the package. I checked email and that number was. Not usable either. The number of unusable texts in one day was excessive.

I'm restoring a 1999 military 2 door Tahoe 4x4 w/ 5. 7 Vortec. I needed GM oxygen sensors and GM Wholesale Direct had them for a "super low" price and very reasonable shipping. I expected an email from them stating the website price was a "mistake" like the email I got for a GM a/c compressor from another GM OEM parts reseller who has the word "giant" in their name. . . Nope, no "we're sorry, but this is the "correct" price. . . " email - the internet price was honored, quickly shipped and resolved my poor fuel mileage!!! Now, GM Wholesale Direct is my "go to" place for GM OEM parts. . . Thank you GM Wholesale Direct folks!!!
