I called them about the parts I ordered. I charged my order due to part they had not received. They sent me the parts that were in stock at my request. I was satisfied. with they help parts arrived in timely manner.

Ordered my factory console lid, was on backorder and was expected to arrive in 2-4 days. Was a bit of a delay but item arrived at my location, upon examining the item it is the exact console with the identical leather and stitching.
