I had the best experience and support from them when trying to figure out the proper part I needed for my vehicle. They let me know when I placed my order that the part did not match my VIN which I had incorrectly entered. Then after I fixed that error and received the part, it was discovered that the wheels on my vehicle had apparently been replaced by the previous owner so again the part was not correct for my vehicle and the support team was very patient and understanding and helpful in figuring out what I needed! I'm sure they probably don't care for customers like me. . . a single woman with no car smarts, but I'm so thankful that they were willing to go the extra mile to help me!

Shipped me a damaged headlamp assembly. Refused to rectify.

Ordered Part No. 25942064 (Left) and 25942065 (Right) headlamp assemblies. Received with damage to packaging on 25942065. They stated the following directive in their emails to me: "Freight Shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage to packaging must be notated on the delivery slip and an email with pictures sent to parts@gmpartsstore.com. " I did exactly as instructed by their emails. ZERO RESPONSE!!! They claim that they never received the email and pictures. The seal on part no. 2594065 is compromised. The inside of the headlamp is constantly wet. When contacted regarding, they refused to rectify. I was told that I would have to purchase another headlamp assembly.

First, the part was out of stock so I had to wait a couple weeks. When I got the part, it doesn't fit my car. It's too short and the fittings aren't even right
