the website stated the items would ship immidiately. within a day after the order I was notified there was a 10-14 day delay and I was charged for the parts at the time of order (standard practice is to charge when the order ships). Delivery was horrible. Took way too long to get it to me. Almost two weeks before I received it. Box was also damaged and was torn in almost two pieces.
