Every thing was great and delivered on time

The website was easy to use, easy to find the part we needed, ordering was very easy. Shipping however was terrible, to bad they used USPS, cost us a week of lost package and a customer, so as lo. g as they us USPS t9 ship parts we will not be using them.

The part was picked and packed properly but using the USPS for shipping is a huge mistake. They take about a week to go from North Texas to the Memphis area? I would gladly pay a couple bucks more for FedEx or UPS as the carrier and get the part days quicker Just a suggestion!
