Still trying to reach customer service to return a part

Bought aftermarket cooling fans. They caused havoc with the GM computer LIN system! Original fans from here, @ a great price, fixed the problem.

The parts are of excellent quality and offered at a fantastic price.

I provided my VIN but it was not verified that the parts would fit my vehicle. Incorrect were sent initially, but they replaced them with the correct parts in a timely manner. A phone call to have the part numbers checked against my VIN prior to ordering them would have saved me time and frustration.

Parts delivered on time and they fit perfectly.

I was disappointed that only half of my order was shipped without asking me if that was ok.

The only thing I didn't like was the shipping cost. it would have been less if they had properly boxed it. The box was half empty. It probably wouldn't have had to go fright it only weighed 20lbs.

The part was Exactly what I needed. They had it packaged and shipped fairly quickly as I did choose the least expensive shipping. I did not need the part urgently so it was received in due time. It was packaged Extremely Well - Double boxed. I do recommend GmPartsNow. I am very happy with the over all experience and will shop with them again if I need more parts for my 2000 Saturn LS2. Need Quality parts do not hesitate to buy from these folks.

The parts came unbelievably fast. The quality of the parts was good although they did have to work in. An unexpected problem but it went away.
