They sent a different item than what I ordered, support told me its a 'replacement' item in their system. The replacement item costs $10 less everywhere else and does not have the same specifications or MSDS as the item I ordered. Website still shows the original item "in stock". I should have been contacted and asked if the replacement would be acceptable before the replacement item was shipped. Support fighting a return label is completely unacceptable when I wasn't sent what I ordered and not given an opportunity to refuse the replacement item. I will be fighting the charges.
