I discovered a core charge refund is a moot point, because it cost more to return ship it than the product itself. (USPS $80, UPS $60 for a $50 tail light core credit). That was disappointing, especially since the tail light is fully operational. . . merely a cracked lens.

They sold something they didn't have; after two weeks, they hadn't said a word, so I had to figure out on my own that they didn't have the item and find a way to get my money back.

I placed an order. Everything looked like it went through. Kept getting email I had items in my cart. Contacted customer service to see why my order wasn’t completed. No response. Two weeks later was notified my order shipped. I had already given up with no response from customer service. Finally three weeks later my order arrived. Would look for better communication in the future. If you have time to wait, your order will arrive on their schedule.

Product was not as advertised. The picture and description show 10 bolts. I received one. Definitely will not recommend. I would take a refund and return the item if it were an available option.
