I ordered a tailgate wiring harness for my 2022 GMC 3500 and originally ordered the wrong one. My local dealership gave me the part number. The VIN match process showed it was the correct one for my vehicle. Before processing the ordered-a parts person reviewed the ordered and called me because he notes that the 3rd party software was incorrect and the part I was trying to order wasn’t correct. He provided me with the correct part number for my tailgate and the part game a few days later. Saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Overall, a very good experience. I received the correct items in my order and the items were well packed. Shipping was a bit on the high side compared to some places, but the lower online prices helped offset the shipping cost. My order was delayed a few days because the system somehow glitched and didn’t save my address. Customer service sent me an email notifying me of the problem. I’ll order from them again the next time I need parts.
