I was glad that it became quicker but after I had to call you and find out where they were and then to find out you didn't even have the part with your website does not say that then when I called to cancel the part all of a sudden came in and the woman did it fast

Horrible customer service. I ordered online from them twice only to find out 5 days later that the order was cancelled due to unavailability of parts. . . Why didnt they give me this information when the order was placed, instead of me waiting for the parts to arrive. ??? In My previous order the wrong part was delivered. . . It took them 7 days to provide a return label.
