This is a good store to get hard to find chevy parts. I was able to find some parts for my 2020 Chevy Silverado that I was having trouble finding elsewhere. I rated this store 4 stars because the shipping cost is expensive and delivery takes longer than other stores. I would buy from this store again if I had to, but not if I can find the part cheaper elsewhere.

Delivery was a nightmare fedex is the worst, I got the package 4 days late and tracking even worse then they lied saying they tried to deliver it but never came to my house, other than that everything was good

The service was great. Nicole was very professional, as well as pleasant. The problem was the Control Module was not programed. No notation was entered in the description of the BCM in your data base, these units require programing. This led to re-ordering another BCM,. My mechanic has the ability to program these units, but the charge was more than another NOS unit. New unit in car but, battery has constant drain, cold weather not allowing me to continue to trouble shoot. Thanks for having the BCM I required, and many thanks to Nicole.

've been trying to return an item for a while now; I have emailed various times for return instructions with no luck. Only have been told that they do not supply a return slip.
