Pun intended. There was nothing that stood out to me about either their products or my online experience. Both were accompanied by simple instructions and descriptions. Both were seamless experiences, and both left me with a feeling of satisfaction. For me the mark of a great experience is just as I described…nothing should standout because I expect the best. If I need additional components they should be readily available. At the end of the day, a quiet feeling of satisfaction is the hallmark of a great product experience.

I had some questions that I needed answered before placing my order and the customer service team was absolutely amazing! They really went out of the way to verify some things that could have effected my install and made sure that I had everything needed to get the install done correctly the first time. I had both gauges and sandwich plate ran, and up and running within four hours. The longest part was just running and hiding the wiring. I will for sure be buying from glow shift in the future.

Three years ago I purchased 2 products directly from the GlowShift web site. That transaction was seamlessly executed and the products were delivered rapidly and without damage due to thoughtful packaging. One of these items was a 2. 5" Glow Shift 3 in 1 gauge, and the other item was a gauge pod color coded to my vehicles interior and mounted on the "A" pillar. The 3 in 1 gauge houses an analog type swept needle perfectly damped highly visible in all lighting conditions. Centrally located and just below within the same gauge are digital readouts of fuel psig, and boost psig. These are differentiated from the analog display by utilizing illuminated characters and are quite visible. The products have performed flawlessly and recently I've added a second EGT gauge so that I can monitor the temperatures from both sides of the engine. The vehicle is a 1999. 5 F350 DRW w/ 6 speed manual and 7. 3 L engine. Highly recommend their products for quality of construction, well written installation instructions and a great selection of products.
