Global knives are one of the sharpest knives we've ever tested. It's made from a single piece of stainless steel, so the handle is integrated, meaning it won't loosen over time and there's no joint that could trap food. The blade also has hollow indentations, so foods are less likely to stick as they're cut. No trouble slicing through all sorts of foods thanks to its incredible sharpness. I also received a knife pin.

This is the second time I buy from Global knives. I had to order to my friend who lives in Cape Town, SA, and ask her to bring it to São Paulo, Brazil, because we do not have these quality knifes here. We have some other ones, but I would go to the end of the world after the Global Knifes.
