I’ve started collecting Global knives and honestly, they live up to the hype. The timeless, minimalist design looks fantastic in any kitchen, and the build quality is exceptional. What really sets them apart are the blades: razor-sharp out of the box and hold their edge beautifully with proper care.

The best in the world. Have used since culinary school in 2007 and still have in daily use. Expensive but will last a life time.
