Overall good. However on top of shipping fee, Fedex charged me warehouse fee upon delivery. Added amother $18 to my order.

Terrible customer service. It has been 2 weeks and no solution has been provided for a cutting board I ordered that came warped.

Beautiful products on the website but quality is not what i expected. I ordered 2 products; a pan and a slicer. They could fit in 1 package but i received two separate packs an payed 2 times import tax.
