Their website made it easy for me to find what I wanted and the delivery to Canada went down like clockwork. We have been slowly trying to set up our home and the boarder wallpaper is like a beautiful frame to the walls. If I ever need to redo the walls, I will turn to them first. I placed my order over the phone (that's right with a live person) and the experience was wonderful. She was very helpful and had the answers to all of my questions. I had ordered two different patterns of wallpaper borders from Gifted Parrot. One I kept and one I sent back. I initially had problems with getting them to credit my account when I tried to return it, since they had put no return slip in the package. I talked to them online, and they were wonderful. They expedited my refund, and were just very kind and helpful.
