I had no problem with my order or using the website. I needed to find a match for some border used in my assisted living building that had been discontinued & was damaged. This was the only place I had been able to find it available. Border arrived today 1/7 and is a perfect match. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that I placed this order on 12/22 and received 1/7. An e-mail explaining a shipping delay would have been nice.

I found Gifted Parrots website very informative and easy to use. The description of items is accurate in every detail confirmed by my purchase of wallpaper borders which is very pleasing as I live in New Zealand and rely on good information about a product purchased over the internet. I have no idea what your previous look was like because I just found you. The site was user-friendly. It was simple to navigate and provided adequate information on the products I was searching. The beautiful photo made my choice a cinch!

The shipping was prompt however I think that 6.40 is excessive fee to package one roll of contact paper. I was between a rock and hard place since I needed only roll and you folks carried the pattern I wanted. A local store shipped only from the warehouse in qtys of six. So that did help. The shipping fee was standard but I would not make this purchase again due to the other fees. Thank you Ann
