Get Yok'd always exceeds my expectations. Once I found them, I haven't even considered looking anywhere else for what I need. And their customer service is outstanding. Tried reordering my preworkout during the 4th of July sale, and Jesus Juarez reached out to me saying that it was over sold, I tell him it's no big deal and will get it next time around. Long story short, I get okayed to use another promo code for when I do order it in the future and, to my surprise, got sent some free preworkout samples to try in the meantime. Like I said, Get Yok'd always exceeds.

Ordered banana and got chocolate cake. Then was then told that they will not be getting anymore banana in. I would have to pay shipping to return the product and get a refund. Email response: “ I'm very sorry for the mix-up. At this time, the only way we can exchange the Chocolate Cupcake flavor for Banana would be to have the Chocolate Cupcake tub returned to us first. Unfortunately, we're currently out of stock of the Banana flavor, so we're unable to send a replacement right away. Unfortunately, Banana is not expected to come back in stock. As a courtesy for the confusion, I can add a $15 store credit to your account for your next purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. ”

Shipped and received extremely fast!

I ordered on a Sunday, received notification from GetYok'd on Monday that my order shipped and expect it Wednesday. However by Wednesday UPS kept saying they hadn't received the pkg yet. So after I engaged with messaging 3 times thru the site and 2 emails I finally got a response on Friday saying it would "hopefully ship today". We'll it did and it arrived Saturday. So it wasn't a good first impression. I didn't like having to bring my forgotten order to someone's attention.
