when checking out, the writing said the creatine was free, and further along there was the option of clicking “NO’ to the creatine, which I did, but still I was charged. I want a refund but don’t want to have to mail it back, which would cost $$. Also, I thought I was ordering from Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, but somehow I was hijacked by get yok'd

I didn't get delivery

Didn’t send me the product advertised. I tried to contact them twice and no response!! I sent pictures and information and there is only automated response on the website you can’t even get help.

Charging the customer shipping to return the wrong size item in addition to a 25% restocking fee because you don’t have the correct size in stock isn’t good for clientele wouldn’t recommend your company nor will I shop from here in the future.
