Just in my first 30 days but believe that the DHEA that the Deca coverts to once it passes untouched through the liver is helping. Have I seen improvements beyond internal as of yet no but many medications including over the counter need to build up in your body and tbh I know it’s not ⚙️ and tbh am ok with that as am 60 with severe arthritis and HBP/hypertension so looking for a hand up not a rocket ship ride. Got their fish oil because the amounts cut down on extra pills that I’d have to take from other companies
