They answered my email, not everyone company does that, and get yokd had wat i wanted at the time,I'm stacking with somethin). .

Sent wrong item that was on website that was unavailable, trying to offer store credit when it was there mistake

Took to long to ship

Excellent service and fast response on both purchases!

Everyone is always super helpful and I love talking about new supps, work outs, or bodybuilding in general. If they dont have what you want they always suggest great alternatives!

Loved the selection they have, nutritional facts has additional information as to amount of content in product the the sale woman is a gym goer and knows her facts about products

My orders always takes many days before it’s being shipped.

I received the wrong product in my order and contacted customer service to have the correct item sent. Their only response was to send me a return shipping label, with no explanation of whether my original item was in stock, whether a replacement would be shipped, or what the next steps were. Mistakes happen, and I would not have been particularly bothered by receiving the wrong item if the issue had been handled well. However, I was disappointed that resolving a fulfillment error on the company’s end was essentially passed back to me, requiring me to package and return the incorrect item without any clear communication about when or whether I would receive what I actually ordered. A little more communication and an effort to minimize the inconvenience to the customer would have gone a long way.

Never received my supplements and never received a refund

Very fast delivery, great price. Will definitely order from them again.
