I ordered 3 kits for my 3 son in laws a week before Christmas with a 2 day delivery. It still hasn’t come and made me look bad. I called the bank yesterday to reverse the charges, and I just got a delivery notice for tomorrow. I will refuse. I have talked to the local district attorney and they told me to bring them all paperwork, emails. They consider this fraud.

I was disappointed that I couldn't get a response over the weekend, but I got one right away on Monday. Thank you for the support. I was afraid I did something wrong and ruined my wine.

It took about a month for my brewsy to arrive had to be re-shipped twice. I started my first batch of mead and I look forward to trying it. Right now it's been about 5 days and I see no bubbles or anything like that.

I expected to have the box that was shown on the website INSTEAD I got a box that didn’t fit all the stuff I got. I gave it to my son in law for Christmas he has yet to use it

Wine making made easy! We love Brewsy!

I ordered some bags in December it is now mid January and still haven’t received my product or refund. Whoever there delivery’s the product doesn’t know the area. Need better service.

I got a Brewsy kit for a gift year ago and sadly waited far too long to use it. Because of my delay my initial attempt didn’t take so I reached out to Brewsy. Instead of telling me I was silly to let my yeast expire, they sent me more yeast, For Free! I was also able to salvage my initial brew by heating some of my cider base to wake up a second old yeast bag. And now I have a Delicious! homemade cider and a love of easy home brewing that I recommend to everybody. It’s so fun and incredibly satisfying.

This is the easiest wine making kit out there. I made wine the old way, and I just love how great your kits are.

So, to get my 15% off I must post to Facebook or Twitter. Nope. I'm not in those clubs.
