Very simple.

earlier this year I ordered the Brewsy wine making kit and made 4 bottles of wine from the grapes I had ion the freezer from last year, I just ordered addition supplies, which arrived on time. I just took +/- 55 pounds of grapes from my 3 vines and getting ready to "MAKE MORE WINE" OBTW each of the 3 vines are different, early white, then another wine and finally a purple. Using the suggested additives being a Brewsy wine maker is a piece of cake. Excellent service and orders are filled quickly, will order again when my existing supplies are used up.

Ordered additional yeast, and got it promptly. Yeast was very fresh! I saw first little bubbles in less than 6 hours!

I received my starter kit, and decided to get a few other items. First wine batch used plums. Tasty and powerful. Very satisfied. It was fun watching the gallon fermenting. Crashed it and drank it. Will try aging next time.

No customer support whatsoever! Brewsy Bags were outdated & would not ferment juice!

I was on autoship, the last three shipments had bad/dead bags. I had to buy Lalvine wine yeast to keep from wasting any more juice, sugar and time for failing. Lalvin made it work. I cancelled my shipments

Good experience dealing with Brewsy. Love the kit design & simplicity. Website is great. Have yet to try my first batch of mead due to colder than ideal temperatures but I'll get there & can't wait.
