Yesterday I sampled my Dandelion Whine for the first time. Aside from being REALLY sweet (8 cups of sugar will do that), it's pretty smooth and sippable. Makes a good dessert wine, I think. And NO sulfites or additives!

I could tell all the bottles were broken.And it was delivered in a bag so I refused delivery but never got refunded

Never received my order. Never received a response.

Following the instructions yields a cloudy and still actively fermenting beverage on day 7. 3 packets, 3 gallons, 3 failures to produce drinkable wine in 7 days. Packets 2 and 3 are still going another week later, as i decided not to bottle them agter disliking the first so much. They are finally showing signs of slowing down and sediment is dropping out. I intend to finish them as i would any wine i was making without brewsys "foolproof" bag. Hopefully after i stabilise and clarify them they'll be drinkable.

I had broken bottle, glass in corks and no mead instructions. I was told that replacements were on the way and never received anything. Photos were with the original e-mail.
