Even something as simple as a gas cap, if not the correct part, can cause your check engine light to remain on. GenuineKiaParts. com will check ordered parts against your VIN, if requested, to ensure we get the correct part in our hands to resolve our specific issue.
Overall good experience. Apparently the injectors ordered were not in stock and I was told when not shipped on time they were not in yet. The order was subsequently filled and shipped. It then showed they would be here Saturday the 12th and I just received them on Monday the 14th.

Sun damage can cause all the tiny little weird plastic parts on your vehicle to fall off. Genuine KIA had those parts. Easy to order and didn’t have to deal with a dealership. I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address, and they responded and corrected my error quickly. Until something else falls off, I appreciate you!

Phone goes straight to voicemail no matter what time you call, I’ve filled out the form, emailed them, left 3 voicemails with my return phone number. I ordered 2 parts: a tail light and a latch assembly. I received the wrong tail light, I even sent pictures of my order numbers/part numbers and the pictures of the one I received with its part numbers. I received a text saying it would get looked into Monday, it’s Tuesday and I’ve not heard a peep. Why have a phone if you’re not gonna answer it.
