Window arrived broken and then tried calling they do not answer nor do they ever return phone calls. I did get an email response and they offered to refund me after the received the return instead of just replacing the broken window that arrived shattered. Poor packaging for shipping a $400 window it was just in a box sleeve for padding in the box. I still haven’t received my refund. Shame they are the only place to order a Kia certified window. I understand things get broken during shipping but to not offer to just replace with new window as I’d paid for is what is upsetting that they want me to reorder this $400 window while still waiting for my refund from the first order. Don’t do it.
