The product was folded up inside a box that was too small and was damaged during shipping. I have reached out multiple times now about returning the item and getting a refund but no one has gotten back to me.

The KIA bug deflector looks good, and is fairly simple to install. But, they should supply in packaging two extra plastic anchors, and two extra screws because they tend to fall out during procedure and become lost in and around engine compartments.

Parts were as described, arrived when scheduled and fit perfectly.

Ordered replacement. It arrived in a timely fashion. Took all morning taking the front bumper cover off 3 minutes to replace horn and 30 minutes putting the bumper cover back on. Uneventful but a pain in the neck where the horn id placed.

Awesome experience. I had questions when ordering a replacement passenger side mirror. I saved even more from my intended purchase by purchasing the parts of the mirror I needed verses the whole unit. Great staff and prices.
