I emailed to request a return and have not gotten any reply and now its passed the return window period. The information provided for returns doesn't seem accurate or helpful

The product was folded up inside a box that was too small and was damaged during shipping. I have reached out multiple times now about returning the item and getting a refund but no one has gotten back to me.

The item shipped promptly and was an exact match for the product I was replacing. I would definitely use the site again.

The KIA bug deflector looks good, and is fairly simple to install. But, they should supply in packaging two extra plastic anchors, and two extra screws because they tend to fall out during procedure and become lost in and around engine compartments.

Parts were as described, arrived when scheduled and fit perfectly.
