After 3 different failed irrigation systems for our 9 raised vegetable garden beds, we are ecstatic for the garden grid system which we tried in 4 of the beds. This is the most effective system ever because there is NO wasted water, everything gets watered at the root level, no evaporation, and relatively easy to install with the help of George in Customer Service. We have an in-ground irrigation system with a hard pipe coming up in the center of each bed, so we didn’t want to use the hose hookup method. George’s very quick response and workable solution including a valve solved our dilemma perfectly. We have ordered garden grids for the other 5 beds which we expect to arrive tomorrow. So far I really like this product! It arrive packaged nicely and was super simple to put together! My only complaint is that I did have to modify it to fit the elevated raised bed I have, which is no fault of the company. It was super easy to make the modification. The issue comes in from reaching out to customer support to ask about if they sold separate caps/plugs so that I could modify the unit I purchased and I was told it wasn’t advisable and that I should either fill the bed to the top or buy a different unit that would better fit my bed. They were a bit more helpful when I explained that because I had put the product together already before realizing I had an issue (there are supports in the center of my elevated bed that stuck out more than the grid tubing had enough flexibility to accommodate) I was no longer eligible for a refund. They gave me a couple of other suggestions and offered to send me a couple of end caps/plugs to try. I adjusted my plan for modifying the unit and didn’t need any plugs/end caps after all. All that to say, this is a fantastic product, especially if you don’t feel as confident in DIYing a drip irrigation system on your own. I love how it’s latest set up for square foot gardening, making it easier to plant out your seeds and how doesn’t require too much adjusting. I’d likely purchase again.

I'm 80 years young but wow! Took me a little longer to complete the build. I found removal of the coating difficult, but now that's all put together and in my garden I appreciate the unscathed look of the panels. I ordered the 33" size so I wouldn't have to bend or kneel and I'm happy I did, it's just a perfect height for planting and upkeep. I'm now in the process of filling the lower part of the raised container - it's a lot of space to fill! Suggestions for what to use would be helpful.

Love the watering grids! I've tried everything to keep my plants thriving in summer heat - ollas of all kinds, drip systems, soaker hoses, etc. So far, the only things that has worked is the grid. I'm slowly replacing all watering systems with the garden grid as I can afford it.

Ordering is easy but finding the right size is hit or miss. Received package fast and in good condition.

The custom length hose is such a nice feature. Keeps the garden looking less cluttered and streamlined. The hose material is good quality and very durable. Customer service has always been good responsiveness from the G. I. M. Team. Shipping time was normal
