The company rep was very helpful in figuring out our configuration, but we still managed to not have the hose measurements straight. We were able to get it fixed quickly though. Loving our new watering system for my victory garden!

Easy and efficient ordering, delivery went well. Everything arrived as it should and in good condition it was easy to assemble and everything is working with my system.

Although these units are pricey, they are worth it! I am very happy with this product. Customer Service was great as I had an issue with how to connect side by side beds. I sent an email and they responded quickly to answer my question. Although my water in grid is smaller because my bed is 2 1/2 feet the water still gets around the sides. I have it on 45 minute slow water drip. I added a timer to make my life easier. Thank you for the great product.
