I ordered a few things to basically rebuild my e46 shifter. I called in because I needed to apply my gift card balance to the order. Mattson answered the call and this is where the Error happened! He informed me about the short shifter I had ordered and how the fit would be tight on my e46 330i. He took the time to thoroughly explain what & why the setup I had would be tough (but possible) to fit and guided me into something that would be problem free for only a fraction of the price more. He was thorough at fixing what could have been a frustrating mistake on my part. And at the end of the day I was able to use my gift card to pay the difference in price. Nonetheless, amazing customer support and will 10/10 purchase again from them. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with Garagistic. I ordered some polyurethane transmission mounts for my BMW E36 a few years back I drive this car hard I daily drive it. I drift in the rain and also now Auto cross it. So it’s constantly getting beat up. One of the transmission mounts ended up breaking and crumbling apart. I simply reached out to them and explain what happened and they didn’t even hesitate on looking up the order and getting it replaced for me ASAP. . super cool to know they stand behind their product.
