I don't normally write reviews, but this product has saved my cars from getting scratched and has given me the ability to open my doors in my garage without knocking bikes over. We have too many bikes and lifting them overhead and out of the way is so nice. The app is easy and intuitive and the install was pretty simple according to my husband.

Garage Smart has totally solved my garage organization issues. I use a couple of different lifters to get my gear off the ground. I love how easy they are to control and how safely they store my items.

Ordered and received the Hard Top Lifter a couple of months ago, but just got around to install this weekend. I was able to do the install alone without any issues, maybe 2- 3 hours. Product is great and allows me to simply put on and remove without assistance from anyone else. I was using a hard top cart prior to this and needed another person to remove and put back on and it was very inconvenient which resulted in me leaving the top off year round. Instructions and installation videos that I could find had recommendations for JL and JK products, so I had to guess and make adjustments for settings for a TJ. Took a couple of tries, but have it leveled and lifting perfectly. The pins that hold everything together don't really stay in place, they seem to move about freely. But, I am sure the weight of everything keeps them from moving around.

The multiple bike hoist works very well and frees up a lot of space in my garage. Once I figured out the installation procedure it went well, but the instructions were not a lot of help. The biggest problem is that no single illustration shows the entire ceiling mounting bar, only sections of it. As a result, you never quite know which end or portion you are looking at, and it is very easy to assemble it incorrectly (which I did, even after careful reading of the assembly directions). All it would take is one, single picture showing the product in its entirety to solve this. The lack thereof is a remarkable omission.

I got the platform lifter to store my 17' sea kayak above my Tacoma and it works great. I was leery of the complexity of the thing and worried about the app not working but it is sweet. It was some work to install, finding the studs and getting it installed square but it is amazing!

Excellent product, it works great, installed easily and allows me to take the hard top off my Jeep much more often. The Bluetooth controls have worked flawlessly.

Great product, easy to install and use. Would definitely recommend to those who are looking for creative ways to create more space!

As far as the website, it's fine for ordering things and finding out about the current offerings. However, I'm a little annoyed at the teaser images of product offerings that have not come to market yet, such as the power drop, air drop, and associated track accessories. It would be nice to have an update regarding those. In terms of the Lifters themselves: As of this post I own 4 lifters. The applications of a small device that can dead-lift 50lbs are huge in a theatrical setting. We've used them to allow the quick installation and removal of pull-down movie screens in settings where we need to quickly remove the screens from view immediately after a show in a mixed-use venue. I've also used them as a handy assistant in hosting heavy objects that I would typically have to manually carry up a ladder. I would love to see a wall controller product for the lifters such that I don't have to dedicate a phone to use a lifter or lifters in a shared environment. There were rumors of such a device, but no further information about it.

I use two garage smart devices to store six bikes during the winter and they have always worked great for me.

enjoyed the garage smart hard top lifter. was very easy to install. Works as I hoped. You could tell there was a lot of thought that went into the lifting app. Really like how both of the lifters work like they are one. Quality hardware.

Great way to get the hard top off the jeep. I would highly recommend this product. AND, plan to take three hours to install. The installation manual is ok, but could be better.

We love our smart lifts. We store a kayak and paddle board separately with the lifts.

Very nicely designed product with one issue keeping it from 5 stars. The Bluetooth connection disconnects continually while using the lifter. To raise or lower my hardtop, I need to reconnect no less than 4 times since the Bluetooth connection continually drops out. From time to time, I need to close the app and restart to reconnect. Firmware is up to date. If I used the lifter more frequently, this would be deal breaker. Since I only use it every couple of week, the loss of BT connectivity is an annoyance. I still think it is a well thought out and compact solution.

We are very happy with the product! Between the instructions and installation videos on YouTube, it made it easy to install.Wroekd flawlessly on the first try removing the hard top from our Jeep and the parts seem well-built. This saves a huge amount of space in our garage now that we can store the hard top in the ceiling. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase and will be ordering from Garage Smart in the future.

Lifter works but Product description says can lift up to 175 lbs but when package came instructions state only up to 100lbs. installation guide comes with zero troubleshooting information and customer service line is only open week days during regular business hours and emails are not responded to.

This is one of the first products that did everything it said. Its a great organizer, easy to install and easy to use.

Absolutely love GarageSmart! Such a genius, space saving way to organize my garage and free up much needed space for cars! I definitely recommend this lift system!
