Awesome product, makes taking the top of the Jeep a one man job. Love it!

I was pleasantly surprised how great this system works and how easy it was to set up! Needed this unit to lift my hobie pro angler 14 from floor to ceiling. Works perfectly! The only problem is now…. I want to lift everything off the ground and clear more floor space! Love it!

Looks great, works even better. Simple to remove or replace Jeep hard top by yourself. Installation of the actual devices also relatively easy but a little more clarity around how the components attach to the tracks would have been useful. (Such as: "use the long pins to attach the motors", "ensure the the transformers are attached by placing the guides outside the track and clicking them into the holes”).

Worked very well for my Hobie Outback, bought another for my sister. The App can be a little hit or miss for the operation but minor compared to being able to store my kayak.

It is quality materials and is working great.

Easy install and quick to setup! The app works really well. The presets for up position and down make it super easy to use! And the adjustment mechanism to balance to bikes is super cool.

Overall great product but a complete nightmare to remove bikes with three attached. Unfortunately most bikes nowadays don’t have kickstands and that makes it tricky to remove bikes when using the lift with only one person. I have no problems to manhandle I guess but not so much if my wife and kids are trying to remove their bikes. Called the customer service line and got no resolution. I don’t mind buying another lift so I can make these lifts in to single unit. But can’t eat the $349 cost and dish out for two more lifts. The customer service agent implied I didn’t know what I was doing and to be honest made me feel like I just made a big mistake buying this product.

Well designed for simplicity to install. Once I located and attached the smart track to my garage ceiling, the rest was downhill. I have eBikes and recumbents which all weigh more than the 40lbs other lifts/hoists that I found limited themselves. This was the best automated solution that I found to lift my bicycles up and out of my way.

Unit came without paper/written instructions so had to go online. Found instructions but they were for a different unit. Close enough for me to figure it out.

Love the product. My only problem was with lack of instructions concerning the Bluetooth operation (there are none). Also need to specify that Android is not supported right now, although a call to support helped to clear things up. Otherwise, couldn't be happier!

The best bike lifter very easy to install put all my bikes out of the way in the garage worth every penny going to buy the platform lifter thanks.
