Little bit harder to install than advertised and a good bit harder the hide the wires, but love the functionality of the product.

Just received and installed my XL lift. It was super easy and surprisingly quick. Runs smooth and silent. Love it! Ordering more for other garage stuff!

Using two basic lifters together for storing equipment on a 12ft height garage ceiling. There is ample cable length for a high ceiling to floor. They synchronize and work perfectly together.

I purchased the Jeep Hard Top Hoist, I watched each video to install the system and it was explained very clearly and easy!

I purchased the multi-bike lifter, the universal XL lifter, and the Park Assist. All were easy to install, and work great! Definitely a big help in clearing up some floor space in the Garage while ensuring consistent parking positioning for both cars. Would highly recommend.

Love it works awesome, I use it to lift my Ikamper rooftop tent.

SmartTracks are great. ParkAssist is horrible and not much value. It doesn't notify you - just points a laser that that is where you go to. But if you lower your chair in your car or raise it. Another driver is taller or short it is of no value. If there was a ball hanging from the ceiling it wouldn't matter if you were short or tall chair lowered or not or what have you. It wouldn't matter...when the ball hits the location on your vehicle you stop. I would have thought a ParkAssist would have done something like that or notify even but nothing. There is hardly any information on it's use.

I am happy with the product. The only problem was FedEx and delivery that kept changing. Other than that all good.

Dig the XL Lifter and controls. Easy to install with clear instructions, and small tools and hardware included.

I'm only giving this 4 stars as the Android app doesn't completely work right yet, but it does do what is currently needed. I do have a Smart Switch on order, which I'm hoping allows me to operate all four lights at once for complete garage lighting without having to connect to each light individually. The lights are easy to install, much like the hard top lifter (awesome product!), and easy to set up. I do recommend watching the video (or maybe adding to the instructions that removing the universal mount to scan THAT QR Code is what is being referred to) to make it a breeze, but it really is a great option for those that don't want to run 12-2 wire through their attic to install more lighting. Keep up the great product innovation folks, I'm really a fan so far and plan on adding more to the garage as time and space permit!

The lifter was easy to put together and install. While the company couldn’t endorse using it on the new Bronco as they hadn’t tested it, we can say it worked perfectly. Our only criticism was that the installation videos weren’t well organized in order on the site.

I have several super 73 bikes including the newest RX which is close to 100lbs. This lift has no trouble lifting it with the battery mounted on the bike. I will be buying another one for my other super 73.
