The representative was friendly and did submit a new order (which still has not been received - estimated in a few days - 10 days from order after never receiving first shipment). I appreciate the future 10 percent discount but the delivery is so terrible I don’t know that I can count on gainful anymore sadly since I do like the product.

Responded on a Saturday and went beyond current customer service standards. Melissa needs a raise. Best customer service I’ve had since the last time I needed to contact Gainful (shouldn’t be construed to mean that Gainful subscribers need to contact customer service a bunch; the first and only other time was out of Gainful’s control, but! were extremely helpful in resolving that matter as well). Your customer experience team is excellent. The performance greens I ordered did not agree with me and the person I chatted with answered all my questions and helped to resolve my issue very quickly and without hassle. Gainful might be a bit more expensive than other supplements, but the product quality and customer service are worth the cost difference.
