This was the first protein I bought years ago. I love being able to choose what flavor i want and buy different flavor packets. I took a break from my subscription to try other protein brands but keep on coming back to gainful because the flavors taste so good and they’re not overly sweet like other ones i’ve tried. Truly my fav protein!! I love the plant based one and the variety pack of flavors.

What happened to the containers? Those were nice. Where's the lose weight? Also I would get my refills from Target now it's online only???

3 days to respond to a simple query. I guess they spend all their money with Meta instead of customer service.

All other protein products gave me diarrhea. Gainful protein stays in my body and I noticed slight muscle gain over few weeks of taking it in combination with exercise.

Pros: loved the texture and macros. Cons: caused me terrible bloat! And I have 3 other brands that do not hurt my stomach the way this did. Also, the flavor packets are in my opinion, not flavorful enough and I didn’t want to use 2 at a time.

I actually sent a message asking how to change what will be coming in my order with your new site as it is rather confusing and not nearly as streamlined as it was before but I never received any response, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Emailed Gainful about there product that I purchased and have no heard anything back yet so I have no choice but to give them 1 star. I would be there best customer if they could give me a little bit of customer service and trust. I reached out because the pineapple flavor greens is horrible and I wanted to know if they would exchange, replace, credit, something. I hope you guys get to my email and email me back so you can keep a good loyal customer. If so I’ll be more than happy to change my review.

This has been my favorite protein powder for a while now. I love that I can personalize it and add items that fit my routine and lifestyle.

The new site software platform has created an ordering nightmare. I went back and forth with Cust Svc daily, at least once, for 10 days in a row trying to get my order fixed. One thing would get fixed and another part would get messed up. Before the software change, everything ran very smoothly. If my next order has similar issues, I will be canceling my subscription as I simply don't have time to deal with the aggravation I went through this time! Please get it fixed!!
