Excellent solution for young kids! This is a worry-free phone and service! We already have one gab phone and now have our second for our youngest child. The price is amazing and the protection it provides the kids is so worth any price for peace of mind.

Great device so far. Excellent customer support. They checked on me without me having to contact them. They resolved my issue over text. Shipping was spot on. It came in sooner than expected, which my teenage daughter with her first phone absolutely loved! Will be looking into Gabb for my other kids when they get old enough for a phone. Great design. I was afraid that other kids may be able to notice that this parent friendly phone. They were not. It’s just as nice as anything out there!

We've been with Gabb for several years now and LOVE it! Great service, the devices are user friendly (for kids and adults) the website is easy to navigate and make changes to plans if needed. Everyone has a suggestion about who's better but Gabb has been a wonderful place to start for our kids!

The Gabb phone is great as a first phone for kids. I feel better knowing it is restricted and helps keep kids safe. Customer Service team was also great to work with. They helped me when I had questions on switching the watch to a phone and helped with setup. Very happy customer!

My son likes the freedom he has with his Gabb watch and I like the reassurance I get from knowing he can always get in touch with his dad or I if he needs us. We started out with the Gabb watch 3 and had some trouble with it, but customer service was great and now we have a Gabb watch 3e and have no complaints as of now! He seems to have service everywhere he needs it and the battery life lasts all day. People ask us all the time about his watch when we’re out and I recommend Gabb to anyone looking for a safe phone (or smartwatch) for their kids!

Great product a customer service that's a notch above

I texted gab support yesterday to help resolve. A problem. Texting was very convenient. My problem was solved. I was able to get it taken care of while I was doing all the other things that I need to do. The conversation did not close because it took me too long to reply. This was very helpful.

New Gabb customer. Customer service proactively reached out to address any issues with my new phone. They were very responsive in addressing my questions and went above and beyond in resolving my issue.

I was having some trouble getting contacts to set up properly and Maggie was very helpful in solving my issue. Great customer service and my kids love their new watches 😃

Good quality phone, very nice for a child. Easy to find a different phone case on Amazon if you want something other than what's on the Gabb website. Any issues I have had with account/bill have been speedily addressed by customer support. Happy with Gabb!

This review is for the Gabb Customer Service team. We needed to order a replacement phone when the first one broke. The process for ordering the replacement was simple and when it arrived, we received excellent service from representative, Nelson. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the phone activated And scheduled a time for the next morning to call back once he had connected with the appropriate department. He called at the exact agreed-upon time. Unfortunately, I missed the call, but then customer service reached out via text to check if they could assist. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the added step of needing to upgrade my plan and delay activation when the new phone arrived And the long whole time to reach the customer service agent.
