My 10yo has been using the Gabb Phone for a little over a week now and it’s exactly what we needed for this stage! It has all the ways to stay in touch without the online stuff we’re not ready for. He can call or text anytime (unlimited!), and I can check his location or get Safe Zone alerts right from the MyGabb Parent App. There are optional non-social media apps that I can choose to install, including bible study, torah study, and quran study guide apps, which I think is fantastic!! We sat down and chose apps together (he is especially liking one of math games). I love that I don't have to worry about in-game chatting or anything like that. School Mode keeps it distraction-free during the day, and the GPS has been fast and accurate. It came ready to go out of the box, charged and even came with earbuds. The phone is lightweight but looks and feels like a real phone, not a toy, which makes him feel grown-up. For us, it’s the right mix of freedom for him and safety for me.

My daughter is obsessed with her Gabb watch and I am obsessed with being able to have peace of mind knowing she is safe, able to contact me when she needs me, and that I can see her location at all times using the GPS feature. I love that she can call and text us using the pre programmed numbers and messages (as many times as she wants with the unlimited text/calling), but I don’t have to worry about excess screen time or apps on her device - it’s simple and to the point but she still feels like such a little adult being able to keep in contact with us throughout the day. The safe zones settings are perfection as well and I use them to know when she goes between school and ballet classes each afternoon. I would definitely recommend it for kids of any age, but specifically ages 5 to 8 that need to be able to contact us but aren’t quite ready for traditional phones.

This phone was really easy to set up,the quality of the phone was surprisingly good. Very easy to toggle within the apps, I also did receive a text message from Gabb a day after delivery to check up on me, see if I needed assistance setting up the phone which made me feel appreciated.

We are very pleased with Gabb especially with their customer service. With IT challenges, its comforting to know that the Gabb associates have your back when it comes to questions and concerns regarding smart phone technology. Its our job as parents to keep our daughter safe in an unsafe world, its comforting to have Gabb as a partner to help us achieve that.

I love Gabb! I have used it for both of my sons — started with the Phone at 12 and then upgraded to Phone Pro at 16. Gives them access to the important things and locks out all the noise, filth, and dangerous things—exactly what a father wants for his sons. Good service and good customer support. I had the best interaction over text with customer service. Kathryn helped me get the correct app downloaded and set up. Then she was able to help me sync the phone to the messenger app to get all the contacts to transfer. I am so happy that Kathryn made this process smooth and easy over text.

While upgrading my child's watch to the new 3e I had some complications. Gabb customer support was very helpful making sure I had success removing the initial device and pairing the new.

Just upgraded to the Gabb Phone 4 from the watch. Allows my 11 year old to call and text family and friends but limits internet and group text. I’m still able to find him and connect whenever. So far we’ve been happy with the transition. Support staff and setup went very smoothly!

We looked high and low for our kids and liked what the Gabb phone stood for and read to be. So far it's been everything they claim to be and more. Kids love their independence from our phones. Costomer service and the Gabb company have been a huge help and win.

I love these phones and this company. They are keeping my kids safe while not feeling left out. My only complaint is how long it takes to get ahold of customer service but once I get there they are always so kind and professional.

Had some trouble transferring the number, but was helped through the chat. Still trying to learn it but that's expected with a new phone brand. So far so good.

Set up was a little tricky but I was able to get immediate help with an agent who fixed it on their end. Everything else was great.
