Courier sucks, I needed to follow up 3 times on where my order is. courier and Future light did not know where my package was. received it and a week later they phoned and asked if I had received it, unknowing to them I had already received it

10 working days later, and my order is still not shipped, and there is no communication either. Very bad customer service.

Was not sure what to order online so I went to the store and received excellent service as usual. Highly recommend.

They take time with shipping and they don't even update you on the status of ur shipping. You always have to contact them

Order placed on 8th June,and to date it hasn’t been shipped nor do I have a status update. Initially spoke to Karl, but now no one is answering be it the landline nor the mobile numbers listed on the website.
