This lamp is a real "find" and complements the decor of my place in such a strong, yet subtle manner. I love the character it adds to my reading corner, and a luxurious feel to my lounge in the evenings. Tip: While the lamp is sturdy once standing, be sure to assemble it with a gentle touch.

The delivery took much longer than anticipated with no way of tracking my order and no one to communicate with.

Works for the intended application. No comebacks from customers. A Larger version would be great. Sturdier tripod stands would definitely be a plus

Good communication throughout. Order and payment process was easy.

The product is good. But 10days after payment I had to call to find out when delivery was going to take place. Then only the delivery was suddenly the next day. . . . Would be nice to be kept updated on the shipping progress in advance.

Bought 4 of these and they work very well. I only had about 80mm clearance on my false ceiling, so these worked perfectly in the space. Very bright and easy to install.

Delivery took longer than expected, perhaps communicate delays and respond to customers queries. Other than that, I Love my lights.

Shipping took quite a while, though I might just be spoiled by faster deliveries. It would be really helpful to get a heads-up on the expected delivery date, or if there will be any delays. Other than that, the prices are excellent and shopping online is very easy. Thank you, Future Light

Can do better on communication. If a product not in stock, just send communication to let buyer know that item been ordered from other warehouse and will take a week before it will be ready for courier to buyer. But other than that its excellent, packing very good 5 star on that.
