I didnt receive the 3 handles. I told the company but they ignored me, not happy

The service was really good. They did everything to get me what I wanted including breaking up a set on the floor so I could give it as a Christmas present. The staff were very friendly and the showroom was neat and well laid out.

One star is too generous-the sun lounges are not big enough for the 6ft+ people I was gifting them to & they definitely DO NOT RECLINE INTO A ZERO GRAVITY position. They’re a complete fail. If I cannot return them to a store for a refund I will be contacting Consumer Affairs at my earliest convenience…
