Was looking at buying a brand new couch - dining table and a few beds, as after we said we were browsing - we were constantly followed by an Indian woman the whole time under close watch- which has made us all feel so uncomfortable and like criminals - we ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere- we went to Harvey Norman and ended spending over 20k- Next time you get people through your store let them happily browse rather than follow them around pretending to do stuff when your not. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life while trying to shop. I will never come back to your store again. . . .

We purchased a lounge suit from furniture bazaar Treendale, had the best customer service by Sharon, a lovely and kind person who went above and beyond to help us. Any business should be proud to have her on their team.

Easy enough as long as you pick up your order from the warehouse. 6 weeks for delivery and 120 bucks? Nah mate. I'm only 20 minutes away so hired a trailer for 50 bucks and collected it myself
